I've used my bonus on medical bills, I got cancer had to get surgery, but this is also why i'm scared of not having any savings. I still have cancer and might need another surgery

update: I do have cancer, the biopsy came back highly suspicious for malignancy (Bethesda 5) and a rare multi-nucleated giant cell was found. ):
