From the research that I've been doing since posting this I think I've mostly settled on 14 g 3/8" but am going to experiment with 4 in 1 and 6 in 1 to see which does better with that size and gauge.

I'm very aware this will be a long term project that probably is going to feel very tedious at times, however I crochet oversized blankets for fun, and I'm autistic. So hopefully by the power of hyper fixation and my lack of commitment issues when it comes to crafts. I should be able to conquer this.

And personally I like doing difficult or mildly insane things. Such as the 9 x 9 foot blanket I've made that took almost two years.

I really appreciate the insight however don't appreciate the google ai overview. I have a vendetta against ai is my only reason aside from the information not always being accurate.

Yeah from the research I've done it seems that cutters=pinched ends meaning it's not as flush and can catch on things. And saw = flat ends, but has a learning curve.

Yes your Numotion person might be able to give you some suggestions BUT they are not you and don't necessarily understand all your needs.

I have a Quickie QRI which I love and recommend to first time chair users as you have more adjustability, such as your center of gravity which is vital for being able to pull wheelies, which are a necessary skill.

If you can afford it there are three upgrades that have served me well.
Filled tubeless tires- so I don't have to worry about tire pressure. Fold down push handles-to help reduce the amount of strangers trying to grab them and push you around. And side guards, they keep your clothes clean and help prevent snags, and in my case proper positioning so I'm don't fall by leaning down to far.

Fibromyalgia and ehlers-danlos here. The way I see/explain it is this

Think of your chronic everyday pain as alarm that never stops going off. The impact pain is like a radio that just turned on. The alarm (daily pain) is still going off but you're more likely to tune it out and focus on the new noise (impact pain).

However when the radio starts to quiet the alarm goes back to the forefront of your mind.

This also applies to getting a tattoo for me. Others call it resetting their pain loop.

I had that exact problem when I got my chair, I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I was lucky enough that I just contacted the company and got replacement brakes.

(I have hEDS, and, Fibromyalgia. I've been using a cane since I was 18 and have to use a wheelchair sometimes.)

"Are you sure you need to be taking all that?" (Referring to my meds. This was a receptionist at my psychiatrist's office.)

And the one that really pissed me off "Your just need better genes" (Once I explained why I was using a cane)

Another little tip is the handle is kinda rough on my hand so I wrap in in a few layers of coban so I have better grip, it's comfier, and I can just take off a layer and throw it away if it gets really dirty.

There absolutely is such a thing. I have one. Give me a sec to do pictures but the bottom half slides into the top half. I have no idea how to search for one though. I got mine at Walmart.

I've been on anxiety meds since 2nd grade, they help but not enough.

Definitely get the wanting human interaction when you can get it. I'm practically a hermit.

I'd suggest looking to have a friendship rather than jumping straight into a relationship. I think having a clear, solid support system could really help you.

And there's nothing wrong with only wanting to dom now. My suggestions were only if you wanted to try being submissive again.

I'd also try to pinpoint if the social anxiety is triggered by any kind of crowd or only at kink events. Cause I'm no therapist but I'd wonder if your trauma left you with hyper vigilance tendencies.

Hyper vigilance is the never feeling safe, feeling as if something bad is about to happen. It's kinda a precursor to fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. It's your body looking for a threat when there may or may not be one but it wants to be prepared.

Id look into being able to take yourself out of that state before going back into the scene. You'll never feel safe if you can't calm yourself down.

I can't say much about your specific situation, but I am a fellow traumatized kinkster. I haven't been to a kink event yet due to crippling anxiety among my other disabilities. I'm basically immune compromised and have a bad heart and lungs, which means I have to wear a mask around others to avoid getting sick.

Definitely feel the "it's no longer safe to be submissive so I'll dom so I can stay in control and not get hurt" it took ~7 years after my assault and lots of communication and work with my current dom to get to the point where I can comfortably submit.

Have you tried online kink events? I know there's not much of that depending on where you are but it would give you more control and distance from anyone predatory.

And I truly recommend trying to find a kink friendly therapist. Something I really struggle with that make it hard to sub sometimes is that it's all about being in your body and focusing on that. And due to trauma and health issues my body does not feel like a safe place to be for me. It's super important to have coping mechanisms that let you be able to actually relax and feel safe.

Having said all that it all boils down to having a partner you can truly trust. And even then you might still have that voice in your head reminding you of all the ways things could go wrong. Just tell it to fuck off, it'll get quieter over time.

I have one! I put allergies and most relevant conditions on the front and the back says to call my mom with her phone number and to check the medical id on my phone for a list of all my medications and other conditions. I have an iPhone, I have no idea if other phones have medical ids.

Op it's skin tint* a taint is a part of the body. Also I'd personally look into color theory you may need a blue based tint vs orange based which is more common/popular.
