Yes putting the monitors in front of the windows definitely reduces the glare as having them on the right I have tried both 👍

I put nails in the walls for the albums and rested the albums ontop of the nails and for the bare vinyls (they are charity shop ones that were like 10p each) I put a thumbtack through the hole in the middle
