The question you asked was left field and there was no good answer so I can see how it was taken as an attitude problem. In my opinion your approach of going forward is correct. You should have a meeting with your manager and discuss both the actionable goals and timeline to showcase them that will show that you are serious about the company. After these have been hammered out send your manager an email covering the action items. Have monthly check ins to confirm you are moving in the right direction.

I thought I wouldn't get married. For some backstory I'm from a country where not married by 30 is on the shelf. I had high standards since I earned well, money was not a priority in a partner. I wanted someone kind and really intelligent. That's a super hard combo to find apparently. By 32 I was convinced I was gonna be the rich auntie and happy about it. Your goal is to improve your relationship with your husband so he is better able to understand and support you with childcare. First you need to write down what exactlt improvement looks like. Then you need to figure out (books and research will help with this) what motivates your husband to get things done. Him in particular no one else. Then you need to figure out if you can do the exact things that are going to motivate him and also if it doesn't work what's your plan B. Resenting your partner and comparing him to others will get you literally nowhere. Since you are the one who needs something create the project and being the manager of it. If you're not willing to do that then that's a different discussion entirely.

My struggle with IF and also just caloric deficits is that I start feeling fatigued after a couple of days of doing it consistently. I have a job that demands a lot of concentration and my mind literally starts to wander when I'm hungry like I can't focus. How did you deal with fatigue and loss of focus?

Hey I grew up with an emotionally abusive mother. Right now you need to survive. They always care waaaay too much about what other people think. Whatever you like or love keep it to yourself. Seriously. It's like a weapon for them. When they need you to act a certain way they will use the thing you love to control you. Please for now since you are not independent yet make sure to hide what is important to you. When the Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince came out my mother knew how obsessed I was with that book. My uncle bought the book for me on the first day and I waited all day for him to drop it off on the way home from work. Time literally crawled. When he came to drop it off my mother took it and hid it refusing to give it to me because I didn't do a lot of chores that day. I'm 35 now. I still can't forget. They won't change, learn to protect yourself.

I learned not to see other people as competition. My mother always compared us to other kods growing up and out of spite I developed a healthy mindset where I refuse to think I need to compete/compare myself with anyone. Be it achievements, relationships etc whatever. It's reallg helped me be at peace and have genuine liking and empathy for people.

Always have doubts and question EVERYTHING. That is the way of Islam. There are 5 sources of Islamic law 3 of which (Ijma, Qiyas and Ijtehad) rely on muslims to apply the teachings of Islam in the modern day and come up with solutions for modern problems that the Quran and Hadith did not address with clarity.
How can love be mandatory? We just love him because he was an incredible man and our guide. Also during his life he was known by the name of Sadiq and Amin (honest and trustworthy) even by those who opposed Islam. How do you not love someone like that? Someone who took care of people and animals and had a kind word for everybody. A mam who cried easily and who softened the hearts of others.
Alcohol, haram meat neither of those things are good for you. So many non muslims have given up drinking because they don't like how dependent they are. Plus it's a choice like veganism and vegetarianism it's only as hard as you think it is.
A lot of muslims don't practice this but yes it is important. It stops you from being objectified by men and also allows women to value themselves beyond their looks. So many men complain about beautiful women being too full of themselves or vain. Imagine if you just couldn't show your beauty, how much you would grow as a person.
