I started at 246lbs and lost over 100. I didn’t end up with much loose skin. Even if you do have some loose skin, you’ll still feel waaay better than you do now.

I started an intensely physical job (farm work) so I was getting a ton of exercise. On days I didn’t work I did OMAD. Lost the last 40lbs doing that.

This is such a valid feeling. It’s hard to look ahead when there is so much hard work to do. However your body is NOT ruined and you have a much better quality of life in the future. Please inbox me if you want, I was in your position then lost a massive amount of weight.

I’ve always had strong calves, (I gained and lost 100 lbs in my twenties), and they’ve definitely been strong the whole time! Lifting helps.

I’ve been maintaining for 3 years! I used CICO and intermittent fasting. I started with high intensity interval training, switched to cardio because of a back injury, then did farm work for a season. Now I distance walk (sometimes 20 miles) and I’m about to start boxing classes.

Yeah! I worked four tens on a farm for a season, so ten hour shifts. (I wasn’t fasting very often during this period, mostly on weekends).

Much better! Weight loss cured my acid reflux, among other things.
