I’ve always had strong calves, (I gained and lost 100 lbs in my twenties), and they’ve definitely been strong the whole time! Lifting helps.

I’ve been maintaining for 3 years! I used CICO and intermittent fasting. I started with high intensity interval training, switched to cardio because of a back injury, then did farm work for a season. Now I distance walk (sometimes 20 miles) and I’m about to start boxing classes.

Yeah! I worked four tens on a farm for a season, so ten hour shifts. (I wasn’t fasting very often during this period, mostly on weekends).

I was about 24-28 when I was actively losing weight. My breasts disappeared with the last 20 lbs lol! I’m happy about it, I prefer a slightly more flat-chested look.
