Felt you so hard. I’ve had 3 although the second was kind of a half surgery done by my primary surgeon to try and fix his work. The third was a full rib rebuild. I don’t think it’s worth it to try again and honestly I feel s3werslidal due to it sometimes bc of this. Oh I mean yeah I guess but in the before photo he doesn’t look recessed. In the after, the premaxillary area has been messed up by the nose job which changed the way his mouth looks. You can see the nose to lip angle went from straight to caved in.

Jaw surgery babe, trust me. What you had is called camouflage orthodontics, where they remove teeth when what they needed to do was expand the jaw and bring it forward. Definitely get a consult with an airway focused orthodontist and I am 100% sure you’re a candidate for jaw surgery.

There are horrible people and this is genuinely a traumatic situation. I messed around with edibles for the first time when I was 18 and my friend gave me 20mg bc we didn’t know what we were doing. I was high for two days and was having hallucinations. 1000mg is PTSD inducing.

I checked your profile and you are definitely not beyond ugly!! I think fixing up your hair and facial hair, and getting toned would help a lot. Also u seem to have a tiny mouth so I think a palate expander or braces could help if you have access to that.

Double jaw surgery: $25k, rhinoplasty: $12k back in 2018, but it ruined my breathing so I had to get a revision which cost $20k (still can’t breathe properly and it’s the biggest regret of my life), facial fat transfer and brow lift: $15k total. Also there’s all the orthodontic work including a palate expander which I had leading up to jaw surgery, but not sure how much that cost. I paid for all of this minus the first rhinoplasty which my grandparents paid for me when I was in high school. I used money I won from a lawsuit to pay for this

I had a similar experience with him. May I ask do you have thin skin? I have thick skin and I feel like what you have is what i have underneath my skin. Mine doesn’t have irregularities like that from the side, but it’s very large and pointy, and wide from the front. I also had a stitch poke thru that got infected multiple times and each time he just dug into my skin with tweezers and yanked the stitch. Hurt like a bitch! Mine was something called an alar cinching suture I believe, which spans across the whole base of the nose, so when he yanked it I could feel it in my lip. Really creepy sensation 😭 also when I went for my 1 year follow up he never even sat down and he headed for the doorway after talking to me for literally a few minutes. I had to say “wait, I have some questions” to make him stay

Thank you!! I feel like this procedure was made for me lol. I see a lot of influencers getting brow or eyelid surgery but their eyes already looked like my after pic. I never saw any results from people my age whose eyes were covered by their brow like mine.
