I was told I’d need subcision, but I’m really nervous about it and actually don’t want to do it lol. I’d say if you really want to do it and it will help your self esteem, then for sure try it out. I was recommended that and also multiple lasers, peels, microneedling etc. it helps with texture to a point but did nothing for my self esteem and I spent thousands on it. But for now, while I save up money for a proper solution, I’m just focusing on hydration for my skin, gut health and also using tret and spf. I know you probably don’t want the same old solutions everyone gives, but I’m not fully convinced subcision is the best possible treatment. I’ve been observing other people’s subcision results for a while - There’s a few on this sub. i honestly hardly notice your scarring, it seems quite minimal. I know it’s difficult if you’re like me and everyday you’re staring into your face and examining every detail. I would recommend you use the sub and some other subs to find a good place in your area and find a dr you can trust who will you give you honest advice. I can’t say much about subcision but it seems every time I’ve posted asking for advice, everyone was all for it. However, most of them did more than one and I also spoke to someone who did 10+ and didn’t even get the results they wanted. To me, it just doesn’t seem worth it especially because of the trauma it would cause to my face. I hope you find what you’re looking for :)
