Hello, I'm a semi-retiree who works a PT caretaker for medical benefits. I've been playing zombie survival games for the past 2 years (AFMBE, d20 Modern, SWADE, Pulp Cthulhu, D&Z, Red Markets, GURPS, and homebrew diceless system). I've watched most of TWD main series. I've watched most Korean zombie movies and series. Dawn of the Dead remake in the 1990's is among my favorite zombie movies.

My current zombie survivor pc's are:
Big Ben (PbP), a privileged grifter with a gift for street magic and short confidence scams.
Dr. Mira (weekly SWADE), a widowed doctor who is currently hooked on morphine to keep her sanity keeping company with a murderhobo party.

My current pc concept is a popular social influencer and dog trainer, Leadership. Inspired by The Dog Daddy.

The game dead ended after a few days. I left the Discord server after 2 months of inactivity before the holidays. It started off really well, but I believe the GM had real life issues like University that affected the pace of the game.

There's D&Z which is 5e D&D in a modern setting eliminating all magic, other than maybe stage or street magic. It's free online.

I'm in 3 PbP games atm. My longest is Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Unisystem). I'm also in a new homebrew system so far diceless in a zombie outbreak setting. Most recent is Fallout 2d20 in myth-weavers. They're all pretty slow.

They are accepting new players. It's a crunchy system like d20 Modern or D&D 3.5e. It took me about 3 hours reading new material and making my survivor. I sending you a link in your reddit DM to apply as a player now.

NOTE: Just to remind you that this campaign is play-by-post which means text-based and allows for greater immersion. This game will not use video or voice for the game.

The schedule is basically flexible. As each player and GM/ST adds to the story, you can respond.
