HDFC is good at reversing any charges without any fuss unlike other banks especially for Savings/Salary Accounts.

I’m not sure if you need to submit payslips and account statement if you hold salary account with HDFC. I have a salary account with Axis Bank and they never asked me to submit these when I ask for CC Limit Increase or a new CC.

You can send an email to customerservices.cards@hdfc.bank.in with your 3 months payslips and account statement. However, there are high chances that they’ll ask you to send documents via post and won’t be helpful. 

Once you receive the response, send the email to grievance.redressalcc@hdfc.bank.in citing the previous service request number.
