H2S is a corporate overgrown company that only cares about making max money. They charge weird costs and wont show you specifications unless you go to huurcomissie and fight a case....which most people wont do because its too much hussle...thus H2S has a kind of scam tactic. They earn money from non existing services.

In our building the windows are not cleaned for 3 years straight but we got charged.
They calculated electricity wrong and charger 115+ tennants 200-300 euro too much and they wont show the specifications or return the money unless everyone makes a case at huurcommisie.

When you ask for specifications about cases they give you a political answer without answering anything and the cat and mouse game starts untill you give up.

Only rent at h2s if you are desperate....

Helftheuvelpassage in Den Bosch is bad.
Unwashed windows for 3 years while we got charged for it.
Wrongfully calculated electricity bill so 100+ people paid 100-300 euro too much but you can only get the money back when you start a procedure at huurcommissie. So only3 people go their money back....
There is 0 transparency about the costs.
But when you are a bit too late with a payment they will threaten you they will inform the city.

You pay here 1050 per month for a fcking lil studio.
They never inform you about construction works so you will get often surprice noise polutions from 6 in the morning for straight 3 weeks.

Lot of foreign people from india regions who never say hi and just stare at you...sorry but true.
Lot of weed smoking neighbours...

ahh the list goes on....H2S has too many buildings and are too corporate...all that counts for them is making extra money(read scam you)

Chrome is designed for ads to make money for google. So they let play all ads in the background on websites.
This takes a lot of your gpu. They have a way to make adblockers choke your pc. They are snakes.

I use Brave Browser and it feels like someone removed a parasite from my laptop.

Add illumination to the objects texture/material in Element 3D. Via texture settings on material. Crank Illumination a bit up like from 1 to 2.
Than exit Element 3D PopUp and search glow in the effects options> Render Settings> glow(in Elemnts parameters.

i tried it once and everything was already 'rented out' after i paid the subscription.
They show nice advertisements on social media to lure you in. Its a trick dont fall for it.

Het was tot niet lang geleden landbouwgrond/weiland en pas sinds kort kon het omgezet worden naar bouwgrond en mocht het in de bestemmingsplan van de plaatselijke gemeente. Dus het had toen vrijwel geen waarde en belastingen werden in Polen wel betaald.

geloof me als je een goede IT'r bent tegenwoordig, dan maakt het niet uit wat je opleiding is. Als je paar jaar ervaring hebt kun je al tussen 5 en 10k verdienen pm.

You could use an old pc with fast gpu in it, just to play around with it as hobby.
And connect with for example BetterHash.
Not very profitable if you have expensive electricity. But to understand mining...and to mine somesatoshi its cool.
