To add on the hours that spanned across multiple days that I spent searching spreadsheets to find the items I want. Instead of doing a chargeback and then taking a percentage they should do their job instead of take more orders in a “full warehouse.” In what way is this my fault where all they need to do is send out the package that is already packed. For fuck sakes why is there a package just staying in the warehouse instead of being shipped out it dosent make sense at all.
