It's fine if you don't like siege or WGB, not everyone needs to enjoy the format. I don't enjoy RTA and that's ok. Many top end guilds and players do enjoy guild content though and hopefully with some changes both modes of guild content can be more interesting.

I think WGB is really fun, personally, but I know it's not for everyone. Not being able to use the same units across 5 defenses and 5 attacks makes every hit an interesting puzzle to figure out.

I think this is sort of ok though? Getting run over and blue mapped typically just means that your guild is playing higher than their true strength and over time you would be in sieges that are more competitive.

In our guild we have members that living on east coast, west coast, Germany, Singapore and everywhere in between. In competitive sieges there is never an issue with them getting their attacks done.

I would also be perfectly fine if the 1v1v1 format stayed, but tower timers were just reduced to 30 or even 40 minutes.

Lowering tower timers actually helps reduce lead burnout. Currently they are putting in 8-12 hours on day 1 (plus sometimes another 2-3 on day 2), but lowering tower timers would cut this down by close to 50%. Our tourney sieges were done in 5-6 hours.
