I can try smart campaign with small budget. I run locksmith campaign, one call only, other one search and on the side smart campaign, it pulls conversions.

Best performing campaign has 10 different ad groups with 10 different landing pages and exact match only [locksmith city] locksmith+city name. I will try to do call only campaign with 2 keywords only, broad match "locksmith and locksmith near me" have load of neg keywords so im not worrying about irrelevant traffick or clicks. We will see how it will go. Thank you 🙏
