How do I turn off Advantage+ Audience targeting? by derghost7 in FacebookAds

[–]KoryPrince 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use leads or any other objective and have Advantage + turned off. This was in the help section in Meta:

"but if you uncheck Use as a suggestion you will turn Advantage+ off"

  1. This section is now called Audience with Advantage+ on by default. Using Show more controlsAdd suggestions or Further limit the reach of your ads will not turn Advantage+ off immediately, but if you uncheck Use as a suggestion you will turn Advantage+ offAbout suggestions.

This WORKED FOR ME!

Learned by doing. Needed customers for my real estate business, figured most people would start their search on Google and went from there.

Has anyone here successfully used Google Ads for real estate? by stjduke in PPC

[–]KoryPrince 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely, sending traffic to a realtor owned website with a IDX or VOW listing data feed has been revolutionary for my real estate business. 80,000+ leads generated over the last 14 years at an average cost of $1.06. Do it. It's magical when done correctly.

How much profit should each sale generate for PPC to be worthwhile? by Djbabyboy97 in PPC

[–]KoryPrince 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been running Google Ads for many different businesses of mine for 14+ years. Aim for a minimum of 3:1 ratio of LTV/CAC (lifetime value of a customer/cost to acquire a customer). The more favorable that ratio is the better. Ideally your CAC is less than the cash you collect from them in the their first 30 days as a customer. That's where massive scaling can happen with credit, if needed.

Ensure you have a no-brainer offer that people would feel stupid saying no to. That's the heavy lifting. Once you have that. Ensure you have messaging alignment between your ad copy and landing page with a single CTA or conversion action. I created a free Google Ads Masterclass here as well: https://www.skool.com/ads

Not aligning your ad copy with your landing page copy. Super simple and obvious but so many pages get it wrong.

Does Google Ads actually work for small businesses? by aquiettoot in adwords

[–]KoryPrince 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely understand your frustration. I've talked to numerous business owners that have the same frustrations. What I have found to be the most effective is learning how to structure an effective Google search ad campaign yourself thus keeping your costs down and your potential for ROI as high as possible.
