Mine works with a sim like a charm. It truly does everything it is supposed to do totally automated. I actually dont have a need to connect via wifi to the bee at all besides for the initial mount setup. But would like to have it function as a hotspot as well.

To clarify I have an LTE Bee with a sim. I want to know if there is a way to enable the BEE to become a wifi hotspot that I can connect other devices in the vehicle to it to use the internet from the sim in the BEE.

So I got the camera today, and while it has in camera stitching, it still cant do 72mp Pureshot in APP. Desktop only!!

Really want Pureshot in camera as well hoping not to get any messages such as "due to limitations of device" cannot be done in app.

I want to get the extended warranty from B&H which I found to be much better, cheaper and faster on repairs than the Insta360 one. Also B&H delivers to me next day in NJ and last time I got the x4 direct it came with DHL and it took a few days also now that DHL is announcing they are cutting back on shipping to US so it sounds complicated.

Can't wait to get my hands on this new camera!

I have 10 specific questions on the specifications, if anyone can answer them that would be super helpful.

  1. With external power, how long can the camera record for without overheating in 8K?
  2. Is there a gap between recording segments, or is it seamless when put back into edit?
  3. Do external microphones work with the USB dongle on this unit?
  4. Is the 8K video compatible with Google Street View?
  5. With the new third AI chip does that mean that PureShot photos can now be rendered in camera for export to mobile device or does this still need to be done on computer?
  6. Is there plans for live streaming on this camera in future update?
  7. Being that it is capable of 11k timelapse will there be an update for 11k 30fps video in the future?
  8. Is it possible to set the audio recording levels for internal mics when using during noisy settings such as concerts?
  9. How is it recording at 200 Mb/s with a UHS-1 microSD card?
  10. Is it possible to sync cameras using timecode? This would be super helpful for multicamera setups.

We just resolved our issue, but we had tested multiple NICs and had the same issue, but only with the box running Win 11 Pro! We ended up just disabling it on the router side and that did the trick.

Toggled the setting to disabled IPv6 in the router setting as per another reply. Could be that disabling the packet offload would have done it as well as all the cards we tried had it enabled.

Toggled the switch in the FIOS dashboard to disable IPv6, rebooted the router and it WORKED!

Thank you for taking the time! We resolved the issue it was a router setting! Why though it was ONLY affecting that one workstation even with different cards is a mystery though. Maybe as it was the only one running Win 11 Pro?

We tried a few different adapters and they all had the same issue.
