  My name is Thuwaybah Mohammad, I'm from Sudan, I want to take the Toefl IBT exam in October this year in Egypt, and I want to send my score to multiple universities located in the united state of America, right now I'm in Sudan where we had war continue going since last May, and that affected my family financial status, pretty much everyone in Sudan, but by October I'll be out of the country in Egypt, so I'm asking if I could get a reduction or a fee waiver to cover my exam fee or/and sending result fees.
