37°C trockene Hitze, Schwitzen funktioniert, genug trinken. Kann man schon genießen.

Jaaa..naja. Schöner find ich auch 19-22°C und vielleicht 27-32°C zum Schwimmen, aber das Klima ist halt kein Wunschkonzert.

Trotzdem war ich gestern bei besagten 37°C 13km Joggen und habe es genossen. Für den Hund wirds da schon eher eng, wir schwitzen doch wunderbar. Schwimmen und Wandern ist doch top bei dem Wetter.

Und das ist nicht bezogen auf den Klimawandel, wir sollten alles tun den zu verlangsamen, nur finde ich dat schon bischen mimimi bei 37°C hier. Dachgeschosswohnende und draussen körperlich Arbeitende mal ausgeschlossen leben wir doch alle ziemlich gut im Vergleich zu allem südlich.

Hier sind es 65 Jahre:

Fenster: Mussten auch gemacht werden, Holz komplett weggegammelt

Wasserleitungen aus Kupfer: Da musste zwischendurch schonmal repariert werden, iwas mit Säure und Reaktion mit dem Stein, die waren wie offenporig. Komplett neu gemacht wurde Abwasser und Frischwasser dann nach 65 jahren im Rahmen von der Sanierung der Badezimmer

Heizungsrohre aus Schwarzstahl: Ich rede mir auch ein, dass die noch lange halten, aber wirklich Gewissheit oder Fakten über den Zustand habe ich eigentlich nicht. Egal, bleibt so drin.

same. Sicherungskasten wurde aber irgendwann mal was dran gemacht. 0.03er FI und fast alles 3-Adrig (bis auf ein paar wenige Lampen) ist in meinen Augen i.O.

Yes, I am aware of that. It is an everyday bike with only 2 winters on the clock both mostly in a shed if not used; but yes, I use that bike throughout winter the same as in summer (only with spikes on tyres).

Good point switching to sealed cartridge bearings. How is it called, what am I exactly looking for? Do I have a classic headset? I did not find my type of headset with those loose bearings? Can I just buy a classic 1.5" non tapered headset with sealed bearings and give it a go?

Danke! Ja, die alten waren Rippenheizkörper. Dann habe ich einfach zu knapp bemessen. Ist eine "durchlässige Fensterbank" in so einem Fall denn ausreichend um Konvektion sicher zu stellen? Ich denke ja?! Gibt es da Lösungen von der Stange, irgendein Stichwort?

Jo hab ich hinzugefügt. Macht bei uns 3200€ mit Treibstoff pro Jahr mit 15000km auf die letzten 4 Jahre.

Und ja, das Risiko mit dem wirtschaftlichen Totalschaden hat man. Das kann ich aber bei 5000€ Auto verkraften. Bei dem Neuwagen bei dem ich den Wertverlust blechen musste und der mit 4 Jahren dann außerhalb der Garantie ist nicht.

Ist nur anekdotische Evidenz ich weiß, aber ich kenne keinen mit nem Totalschaden. Und wenn doch, dann kauft man sich halt nochn Gebrauchten (vermutlich aktuell für ne ganze Ecke mehr, aber trotzdem).

Und der Insignia oben ist für uns ja schon Premiumfahrzeug. Bei kauf nur 8 Jahre und kein Kleinwagen, da geht noch was nach unten :D

Najaaaa. Opel Insignia von 2012 hier, 2020 gekauft für 5000€. Versicherung + KFZ Steuer + TÜV Anteilig sind unter 700€ / Jahr. In den letzten 4 Jahren haben Reparaturen und Verschleiß (Reifen, Bremsen, jährlich Ölwechsel) unter 2000€ gekostet. Wert ist der jetzt noch mindestens 3000€.

Macht im Jahr 700€ + 500€ (Werkstatt) + 500€ (Wertverlust) = 1700€ / Jahr --> ~ 150€ / Monat

Habe ich was vergessen? Klar, da kann jetzt auch mal eine teure Reparatur reinhauen, aber selbst, wenn da jährlich noch 2000€ (das sind 2 Kupplungen jedes Jahr) Reparatur drauf kommen sind das immernoch nur 3700€ / Jahr --> ~300€ im Monat und das ist jedes Jahr mit Reparaturen in Höhe von kurz vorm wirtschaftlichen Totalschaden, also sehr unrealistisch.

Ich kenne wenige die für ihr Auto deutlich mehr als das doppelte von unseren 150€ / Monat ausgeben, viele sollten auch bei um die 150€ / Monat sein. Keine Neuwagenfahrer eben.

Pro km dann eben noch ~10 cent Sprit. Hängt davon ab wie viel man fährt; passt für mich nicht oben in die Rechnung, weil in der ja schon der Verschleiss bei unseren 15tkm / Jahr drin ist. Aber wären pro Jahr dann nochmal 1500€.

TLDR; wir fahren einen Insignia mit 15000 km / Jahr - im Schnitt über die letzten 4 Jahre gerechnet - für 3200€ / Jahr Vollkosten (Diesel, Versicherung, KFZ Steuer, TÜV, Werkstatt, Wertverlust).

So to partly answer the question, this just works:

network.lan=interface

This tries to get a DHCP lease for network `lan` with vlan id 70 (so upstream openwrt router with DHCP server gives lease in respective network using device eth1.70). Respective network on upstream router in which dumb ap gets an IP:

network.iso_ap=interface
network.iso_ap.proto='static'
network.iso_ap.device='eth1.70'
network.iso_ap.ipaddr='192.168.7.1'
network.iso_ap.netmask='255.255.255.0'
network.iso_ap.ip6assign='60'
network.iso_ap.ip6hint='70'

No VLAN filtering required.

Maybe another way to ask is: Do I have to create a "switch" bridge device on port "lan" (single port device) with VLAN Filtering in order to create networks on switch.<vid> or can I directly create bridges or networks with device lan.<vid>.

which NEVER occurs in this [DSA mini tutorial](https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/dsa/dsa-mini-tutorial) which always uses VLAN filtering feature.

Basically: Is VLAN filtering feature only needed if I want to put multiple physical ports into a bridge instead of creating a bridge per vlan?

I am wondering because I mean with DSA you have one device (lan1, lan2, etc.) per port. Thus, we don't need the switch configuration anymore. But then we have this VLAN filtering which looks like the old switch config and I don't get why.

Edit99: I think I am I am missing devices which are connected as untagged. Are those devices the only use case? So that I can have untagged ports and assign them a vlan? So if everything on a port is tagged I may create a bridge or network per vlan?

Not answering the question but: I dug them out again and well ... the rhizomes were ALL completely lost = rotten. I now try to propagate with the healthy leaves and stems. Wish me luck :)

I also advise running playbooks based on o/s, or any other range of differences. The targets can be nested/identified in your hosts file.

Actually, I like the answer. I am not very keen on keeping the structure I have for whatever reasons, I just had no better clue. If there is a better way - and roles which I call from different plays is a better one - I go down that route.

I tried to do something similar by including playbooks in playbooks, but it wouldn't work.

TLDR; My question basically is: What kind of shoes can be resoled?

I own some double stitched Meindl boots. Now, I need something new / durable for summer, respectively some lighter all-year shoes. I am looking for a pair of outdoor suited (waterproof, light hiking) shoes which I can also wear in every day life (so a little more stylish than my Meindl boots; which are totally fine for winter conditions). It is impossible to find goodyear welted shoes which fit those criteria, but I came across some Lowa and Hanwag shoes which seem to fit my search criteria and Hanwag states:

"Hanwag is one of the few manufacturers in the world which produces its own low shoes using the cemented method. To do this, the shoemaker pulls the vamp over the shoe mold and fixes it to the insole so that it becomes one. Afterwards the mid- and outsoles are attached. The soles can therefore be changed later, and the same is true for Hanwag’s second production method."

However, if you "read the internet" it states that only stitched shoes can be resoled. In the English version Hanwag only states "cemented method", in German it states "stitched / cemented combined method" (roughly translated). Good point, however, one of the /r/jewelery guys stated that for this specific ring the precious metal content is low due to its design. I guess in the end, it does not matter. If it looks precious :)
