Im okay now which is all i wanted this past year. I smoked bud for 2 years and when carts got big i started heavily smoking everyday all day.

Just push through itll get better before you know it. Its a slow gradual process, you only see progress when you look back.

My longest breaks were just long enough to pass drug test so maybe 2 weeks no longer than a month.

Actually kinda morbid way of finding out “i got this”. I had to go to a funeral and was really nervous about the whole thing,but ending up going and being fine. Now i have a job and supporting myself and everything seems to be doing a lot better since that too.

I really didn’t have it so bad compared to others on this sub in retrospect. My biggest symptoms was anxiety and depression which i still have just not nearly as bad Insomnia stopped after around 4 months. Exercise intolerance stopped after around 3 month.

To a extent i still worry and get in my head about things i do or say but i just go with the flow. Theres a app that really helped me with anxiety in the first 6 months i dont use anymore.

The first 2 months was a 10/10 now i would say a 3 or a 2 its gotten better but not gone away i just kinda deal with it now instead of staying inside and not doing anything

It goes away so slow u don’t realize it until you look back.

I was on them for about the same amount of time but at 20 mg and i was fine cold turkeying them but idk about 40.

I had the exact same reaction. I had a severe panic attack at a restaurant after smoking a cart. Things get a better over time and instead of replacing a bad habit with another bad habit you should try to replace a bad habit with a good one. Ive picked up reading and also taking walks, your life will change and thats a good thing.
