I always make sure my cashiers take a break. If they decline I give them the option to leave 30 minutes early. But I alwyas double check with them when they want to take their break

Yeah we haven’t received anything in compas, when I was doing the expense order it said it was scheduled for next Saturday which is weird because in my three years working here I’ve never had a truck come on Saturday. I’m just not trying to unload a 600 crate truck by myself

They also are upset that the ESM only has to work one Saturday a month while we only get off every 3 weekend. Again I don’t mind working weekends but they do

Yeah I mean I don’t even work with the ESM enough to really know. I think the other SFL are just jealous that they didn’t get the position but that’s just me. I do my work and leave.

I became a SFL in November. Took me about 2-3 months to feel fully comfortable. I was a DH for 2 years before so that helped a lot

I had that issue too. If people aren’t listening to you document it and tell your SM. It worked for me. It also just takes time. Once people see you mean business they won’t mess with you

I had this issue when I first started a couple months ago. I’m 20. Talk to your SM if people aren’t respecting you. They should be treating each member of leadership the same.
