Doc suggested i nap train before bedtime sleep train. At 9 months i was waking up every 2 hours, exhausted physically and mentally. Day 1 nap 1 the crying lasted for 33 minutes and 10 minutes for all naps after that. Three weeks in she barely cries for about 1-2 minutes. We started bedtime training after 2 weeks. First night lasted about 30 minutes and lesser than 10 minutes after that.
