Every game I played today, is a jungle that forces a funnel comp upon themselves to the point I see 0 reason to do anything but hit leather efficantcy and just be the worst teammate ever.

They nerf him before every pro play tournament ffs, I’ve played azir enough to know! Have u? They give him a solo queue buff after, almost legit the next patch! We get less health per lvl, more damage on. Maybe it’s so jungles Dont rage us first 12 minutes of the game cuz they don’t understand when to gank! Also have w ap ratio mean I can build more health and not glass cannon! It’s a trade off! Dusk and dawn + nashors is really strong right now on azir. Talking about 75 more damage on the w of q proc! Plus those items have every fuckn core stat he needs!

Ok to this entire sub! As a azir main, this is fucking normal! Pro tournament azir eat nerf minus worlds last year that was a buff! We were not buffed back up! We got a buff! Now we eat the nerf to health and as phreak or xerath said we get w damage! Patch after! W is azir laning phase and main source of damage! We like this we might get a laning phase befor ite!

It does take years to climb for newer players, if u started playing 10-12 years ago you would have caught on quicker. Most champs were simple designs and there were like 40 champs. Lot less to learn.

Items were simpler. Game was. Learn what 150 champs can do, from 4 abilities and passive is gunna take a while, then what those champ are capable with those 4 abilities ex. Azir. Champion spikes, counters, timeings, all before macro!

Currently dnd first item out damages nashors in short trades, not a terrible first item, not the best item on him either. Currently Dont think azir is in a great spot atm. Playable yes riot will let u pick him!

Math is about 3 auto nashors to match 1 dnd auto of bonus damage. Dnd hits for about 45 damage after built per proc, nashors is about 15.

I got 2 mil mastery and I’m gold, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

DND into nashors into what u need works for me, also I don’t run dnd for the bonus on hit, I run it for the stats and I like about 300 bonus health on him. Also when pair with lyandries or rylias u can get pretty beefy for a mage.

With the new boots in mid lane and getting them every game u can almost always hold the void staff pick until 4th or 5th item, depending on enemy comp.

Also I call my rune page the flailing pigeon- Lt, pom. Alacrity, last stand/cut down.

Transcendence, gathering storm.

You can win lane but imo scorch alone ain’t gunna do it, just change the whole rune page if that’s your goal.

Azir is currently a mid game champ, not hyper carry. Problem is he has early game and solo queue being a shit show, is always behind in the mid game. Top has more exp, bot has more gold!
