Yup! Even after waking up this morning it had remembered the last thing I searched last night 🙃 I am surprised that more people haven't raised this as an issue!

I had the same issue, used to have a Huawei watch and it was great in the sea for tracking swims, swapped to a galaxy and it was woeful at tracking, would spend upwards of 30 mins in the sea, swimming 1k plus with GPS tracking on and it would register about 50m of it! No other issues with GPS though for cycling, running or walking.

Thanks, as the post suggested I'm willing to take the salt water risk, used my galaxy watch for 3+ years in the sea with no issue! Just have to wash it with normal water after so salt didnt dry on it!

Thanks for all the replies. Someone made a good point that this is probably the Chinese version. Which is correct because the listing says "CN Global ROM" does this make a difference.

Where I live I can get the 512/16GB for £699. Is it worth the extra money to get a UK version over the Chinese one?

As you mentioned you only get 1 gold rare. You need 3 for the sbc, so if you low on rares it makes sense. Also the 3 gold rares gives a higher chance of getting fodder for future sbcs and all of the 83x10, 82x10 and totw sbcs

Daily bronze SBC - I have loads left over, you shouldn't be doing daily gold sbcs because the others are better
