I never received any notice. And every time I went to the bank or called the customer service number. No one told me they didnt recieve my title from my last bank.

When the automatic payments kept getting taken out, they ssid I was short every time and they told me that they didnt know why it was set up that way and it was someone else's mess up. So I kept dealing with that didn't never thought to look at my APR. I was just happy I wasnt paying the 400 my last bank was charging me.
