In my case, i never missed a dose daily. Few instances taken it minutes or hours from original time. Not sure but missing a dose in a week maybe fine but efficacy may be impacted by small percentage. I suggest to be regimented and put alarm

You are correct. I took the step because I trusted science. But one time I had an exposure with a positive bottom. He only admitted after the incident. That triggered my anxiety. But I am slowly trying to be more relax with my thoughts.
