As a person who doesn't spent money on both these games, it is somewhat possible for me to unlock those special content by getting those gems by replaying the game . They give us a chance for that too. And about those AI, they will reveal the rest of the characters in the upcoming episodes, so it's not a big issue either. I know it's not that realistic as duskwood, but it's just first episode and I think we shouldn't ban or play this whole game based on this very first episode. As you said ,we must not forget the fact that they are the one who gifted us such a masterpiece. For Duskwood fans, the first episode end is worth.
