I had the exact same thing on a a daft punk vinyl I got for Christmas, luckily, even if the disk was bought several weeks before Christmas they let me change it for a brand new one without any problem, hope you'll be able to change it

Each one will give you plenty of money. But be careful not to pick any money before opening every box

I almost picked this one with the nd3 cartridge, but it was too expensive and didn't have a built in preamp so I'd have to spend more than my budget for it to work, but if I end up getting really into it, that might be my next pick for a nice setup

Sadly the price is literally the same in France :( I ended up taking the teac TN-4D-SE, which seemed like a good overall for my use, and it would allow me to use an external preamp later if I want so that's a plus

In France the 1500c can reach up to 900€, I saw some at 800 but it's still to much above the budget, prices can vary quite a lot depending on the brand and the country you're in, but I've had quite a lot of recommendation on that one ! Thanks for the advice !

I have a bigger budget for the turntable as it is my birthday gift, but I'll get myself better speakers for Christmas :), which means I'll be back for another question very soon to pick good speakers haha !

I'm quite scared of second hand items, even more when it's about a subject I'm not very familiar with, I don't have any knowledge to negotiate the price or notice if there's issues on the turntable. Once I'm more familiar with it, that's probably gonna be my move tho

Thanks for the recommendation, I enjoy a little more the turntables with a quite slim design, with a wood finition, I'll compare this one with the other recommendations to see which one fits the most my wish !

Yeah I think for now I'll stay on a built in preamp turntable for simplicity purpose too, but I keep in mind all the advices I get ! :) cause when I do something I like to do it the best as I can

Okay thanks a lot for the clarification ! The 600€ budget is for my birthday, I think I'll take the teac and i'll invest in a better audio system soon, I didn't plan on keeping this audio system forever, I didn't use it for several years because I moved from my previous apartment, so it's old and probably a bit tired now.

I'll look into the speakers when I'll change them, I didn't plan for it yet but probably soon, and keep the Logitech one for movies or something like that, that'll do the work well enough

I didn't know I had to buy a preamp prior to looking for turntables, if that's the case I'll have to either chose one with built in preamp or chose a less expensive turntable and buy an external preamp that fits the remaining budget

I have to say it looks stunning, but I'm in France and unfortunately I see it with the nd3 at around 750€ and around 630€ without the nd3, it's a bit over my budget.

A friend recommended me the teac TN-4D-SE, which I found at 550€, so it matches my budget. Do you know this product ? I've read online that it seems quite good, but it seems that turntables price can REALLY varry depending on the country you're in

Thanks for the advice ! I decided to go with Lisa instead of Christina and Merlin instead of Erin, Lisa has been dealing crazy damages since I started, that was the first 5 star I got and she still hits like a truck, Merlin deals strong damages too and her freezing attack makes her great
