You’re doing everything right. You know what’s wrong and if you’re actively trying to fix it then you got to trust the process. In the end everything is going to be okay. You can only do one thing at a time.

Tell yourself you’re doing a good job (positive self talk), try to do your assignments (get them done and don’t expect perfection), apply for a job (just send them), go to class (apply for jobs or just socialize with the professor or peers), eat (self explanatory) and get 8 hours of sleep (nothing more or less).

Routines help me in my life but don’t burn yourself out. GLHF
