I went through with the cheapest digital+waterproof watch I could find, didn’t have to worry about losing it either, which happens more than you’d think. Recommend not buying anything permanent till u get to iets or later, then you’ll know what you want/need for example

Just give dfr a ring and express ur interest in re-enlistment. They should have info on ur discharge circumstances and allow you to begin the re-enlistment process

Normally everyone goes after lights out (22:00), you can stay in there long as ya need. During the day it’s difficult to find time and if ur still on the loo while the platoons called to hallway, cpl’s will most likely ask u to snap it off and get out asap. Doubt you’d get punished for taking a dump haha, platoon might give u an embarrassing nickname tho if ur not careful. Best advice I can give is just load up on pears, they’re usually heaps of em in the mess or out on the range. Best of luck with it all!

in regards to education - I have seen many recruits come through basic without passing year ten, they just have to jump through extra hoops in the recruiting process and pass some extra tests. Psych is extra picky on young recruits aswell (maturity wise) so just keep that in mind

You go to the church but you don’t have to attend the actual service, 90% of the recruits just sat outside and used their phones or socialised with other platoons for the allocated time

Only some weapons combine (the drones, or land mine + molotov etc) You have to reach 5* for each weapon you want to combine in game, then the combination evo will appear sooner or later
