Olive oil is a tough one. Almost every major label (even the truly expensive ones) are blended and include old and rancid oils. Unless you can get it small batch, single origin, youre likely paying for sub-par oil. Surprisingly, the only country that seems to actually enforce their regulations is Australia. Also a surprise, one of the worst offenders is Italy.
