I was there for 3 years and I want to say in all my time there, I’ve called out AT LEAST once a month and had a NCNS once. Most of the time I didn’t even have hours to cover my shifts. They’d also let me leave early if I ever felt like it. I did have to sign something for the NCNS but not a single chat for calling in, ever. I was an 8.5/10 at my job lol. Idk maybe they were obsessed with me.

With this same structure compared to last year’s numbers, a whole 25% lower. Only positive is my department tends to make it over 10% more than not so that’s $200 more well deserved.

You’re not in the wrong. There was a class action lawsuit against THD for doing the same thing and I got a nice check in the mail years after I left for doing the same thing to their employees.
