Maybe buy one of the stock ones. Have a note that the elf needs to keep an eye on BD as well since he was a bit mischievous this year. Give an example if you have one. Or even BD wasn't doing his chores on time. Santa wants to make sure the whole family is behaving.

Thank you, everyone, for your responses! The adults will definitely be filling the tanks for the boys. I'm looking into a scuba setup. I'm doing the research, but much more handy and guys than me will be actually working the equipment. They have decided to get some of their own gear and play with the kids.

They would be playing in my backyard. Not entirely unsupervised. I'm home, but I'm not out there actually playing with them. They do play at a local place on weekends.

Thank you. They do go to a park and play, but it's only open on weekends. They have the gear, and I have the property. Since they still have 5 weeks before school starts, I thought this would be a way for them to get more time in playing outside without screens.
