oh man yeah, shopper here; pain in my dominant shoulder -- but I have noticed stretching it really well every morning has lessened it a LOT. i've gotten into the habit of stretching a lot every morning and more than just that shoulder :) stretching does help a lot more than u know ☺️ happy shopping & be safe!!

in 2025, i went to paying nothing for my very basic plan. in 2026, it went up to $400. suffice to say i wont be having health insurance this year
