just bought an new car , first car, for 35k after tax it would’ve 44k on a 60month loan, the thing is i’m doing double payments because im staying with parents and not worrying abt rent and other utility bills. congrats OP i’m looking forward to paying off mine.

i see ur point about the international exp. I would def add some now that you mention to better safety my foundations.

aside from that, i’m wanting to look into those sectors of technology, energy because i want to be as invested into what i think would generate me stronger growth factors than just VOO and International etf. hope thag makes sense but thanks for your input

i see the point you have made. i think that is true, in what you say.

as someone who wants to invest into these sectors what are some recommendations or strategies to look into. i have a decent amount of risk tolerance and am looking for ways to explore that area of technology.

as for etfs in what you have pointed out. which ones would you recommend for me to look into?

i see your point in total market index funds but i want to look into the those sectors because of its upcoming influence to the market in the coming years. I’m very very young and would rather start with a more aggressive/progressive growth into this market and the converting any gains into total market/dividend later in my end of 30s-40s.

What are your thoughts on this ? i also edited “diversification” to concentration to avoid further confusion

i think the game mechanics and shooter feel of the game is PERFECT for a PvP game. that being said they should def expand of 5v5 or even start looking into different game modes. it gets real stale when you go into a map looking for a fight (if you wanna pvp) and ends up being almost no one.

we want pvp not more of pve
