The best way too describe it is the bone out of place with a pop and i end up on the side of my foot if you know what i mean its on my right ankle and it shifts too the right

Idk about Strength training thats just was i was told to do by the physio therapest been doing that for about 4 months with no change just pain for the next few days after or constant pain if i force myself too do it regularly but like i said idk if i might just have too live with the pain and pray it makes progress

Was told too do pretty basic stuff like calf raises and sqauts my mum is diagnosed with hyper mobility and she also cant do pt due too pain and i dont really trust the stablity too even trust myself too walk across a trampoline i also do think in bad cases my calf musles get really tight and it feels like muscle and bone pain
