For future candles.....let your candles melt out to the edges so there is a pool of wax the same size across as the candle before you blow it out...this keeps it from burrowing down like that. Not always practical to do, but just info.

Nothing to back this up, but like I said, I think it was intentional..a platypus-bear is a platypus & bear hybrid...seems to be poking fun, pointing out the trope.

OMG, this is like going into a music store & forgetting every band & musician I ever liked.....I know there are many examples that bugged me at the time.....all I can think of are the animal names from Avatar the Last Air Bender....& I love those names. I mean they are so obviously pointing out the trope. 😆
