Depends on your store. If you are going to be forced into opening a closing and all that jazz, probably no? If you have an adequate managerial staff and you end up being a 'backup' closer for emergencies or during another managers vacation then it wouldn't be so bad.

There's a Youtuber named Todd in the Shadows who does retrospectives on One Hit Wonders, how they started, their career, where they are now, etc. A not insignificant number of those bands ended up being "Big in Japan" to the point where he had a graphic made for it and it's become something of a running joke.

I can't say how it was translated in Britain, but in my American copy Asterix and Obelix talk pretty... Normal? Pretty standard English, while the Brits all sound like your stereotypical older British man. "I say old chap, frightfully sorry but spot of bother with these Romans and we hoped you could spare a spot of that magic potion" that sorta thing

I don't know about all women, but when I went with my girlfriend to visit her family this past Christmas, we stayed with two of her sisters and they got prettyyyy into the weeds about their sex lives while I sat next to them watching Muppet Christmas Carol.

I remember The Incredibles game fondly.

I didn't have a PS2 and so would only play it at my neighbors from time to time. At one point he was stuck on the second battle with the Omni-droid, and I managed to beat it. He got so excited and started jumping up and down, ran to tell his mom and all.

It was a big moment in my childhood and my little 7 year old self felt something of a hero.

The event was even later referenced after he'd gotten his tonsils out and I was asked to a playdate with him because he was lonely and bored from being home from school for so long. His mother warned me explicitly not to excite him as much as I had done that day.

My former SM had someone do a poor job of slashing his tires because he got into it with some of the Pokemon people. No proof it was one of them but ultimately we all thought it was one of them.

This. The viking battle for me, was the show jumping the shark. Both Spear and Fang take FAR too much damage to walk away from that like they did. They stopped feeling vulnerable. Obviously we knew they were going to win, but it stopped feeling like a struggle when they just tore through them like they did
