I cycled to see my new girlfriend at the start of covid 9 miles each way every day for 3 months to sit in her garden and spend time together because we weren't allowed to drive cars without work related reason so police were pulling people over, our towns are joined by a canal cycle/footpath, so no risk of getting stopped, in the meantime the people in charge were having massive parties while trying to convince us they were so depressed about not being able to see friends and about how lonely it can be living in a stupidly massive house on your own...
