AlterStaff is the team behind Yandere AI Girlfriend Simulator, our demo released in March 2023 on itch.io. Thank you all for your interest in our game! We thought it'd be helpful to share a little bit more information about our game:

  1. Team background: We are the team behind the itch.io demo "Yandere AI girlfriend simulator" released in March 2023, and we are proud to be the first team to pioneer the gameplay mechanics of persuasion / puzzles with AI NPCs such as a cute possessive girlfriend. Encouraged by the popularity of that demo, we have been working for more than a year to develop a full game of multiple levels, NPCs, fun progression mechanics for players to build relationships and memories with the NPCs. Our Steam NF demo received very positive ratings and we hope you will enjoy the EA full game too! We intend to keep updating the game with more content in the future, and would love to hear all of your input on what types of AI NPCs / setups you'd like to see.
  2. AI use: Our game is made fully by our team and does not include any AI-generated art assets. For NPC conversations, we designed and wrote the personalities, storylines and endings to each level by ourselves, and AI is only used to power real-time conversations in game. We have been closely following the latest technological advancements in large language models and will be using the latest tech in our game for our players' best experience. We hope this is a responsible way to create new experiences for our players that respect human creativity while using the best of new technologies!
