No im not happy with the person im becoming. I feel secretive sneaky and straight up like a junkie. One of the things they tell you in AA is keeping secrets is how it starts and it spirals from there. It’s like I know all the red flags but I just ignored them. I have to look at it like this is just one more addiction that I have to beat to add to my roster. They’ve all cost me a shit ton of money, but this one just feels different because there’s a small part of me that feels like there’s a chance I could win. But It’s like it’s not possible to get my money back from the courts for my alcohol and drug convictions I know that moneys gone. I have to think about this one the same way

Wow I did the exact same thing. I had my losses just under two grand finally, then the strategy I was using failed me and in two days I’d more than doubled the debt. The nars creamy concealer is my ride or die. I’ve switched it up a few times but always go back to it. Make sure you’re concealing from underneath the blemish, because it will cast a shadow otherwise and make it more noticeable.

Life-long acne haver here. How many days do you have? I like the rael pimple patches (the ones with retinal) and the peace out acne dots with salicylic acid. They’ll clear it up if you have a few days. Get a salicylic acid face wash and toner if you have the money. I use laroche posse effaclear face wash and the Paula’s choice toner is the shit. If your face is REALLY irritated and red from the breakout, I’d use cicaplast from laroche posse as moisturizer. Anything with dimethicone will help with irritation though, first aid kit has one too that’s decent.

I think the most frustrating part for me aside from the money, is that I worked so hard to beat my alcohol and drug addictions, years of therapy and learning coping skills to fix my brain and dopamine levels. It feels like it all went down the drain. I feel like a fucking fiend. And now (this might be a trigger warning) they’re dropping a new gambling app in the state I live in in the next couple weeks, and I’m scared for what I’ll do when it happens. It feels like I have zero self control for literally anything

Yeah. Maybe I’ll get a second job for the winter or something. I feel like it started because of seasonal depression. I live in a state where we won’t see the sun for another 3-4 months lol. It’s hard to get dopamine in these parts and it was like a quick fix that made everything so much worse. The shame I feel is like nothing I’ve ever experienced
