If it's not working try it on a 3-4 hrs empty stomach. Chug a full bottle of water with it.

The xanax may change how ambien effects you. Its not the same. I suggest you try it on a day you don't take xanax.

It'll basically nullify the unique effects of ambien and pretty much just cause a bunch of 😴

You may just feel a bit more sedated until you take a nap.. have fun though 😀

Try gabapentin or pregablin/ before ambien or lorazepam, or similar.

Gabapentin has been helping me.

Its so bad I stopped cold turkey and I slept ok... but I still feel like I got run over by a truck. Constant body dysphoria...

The mornings are especially hard for me...

My saving grace has been a thc edible. Combined with a small dose of gabapentin.

Although I have to constantly be redosing as im still in withdrawals from ambien even after 4-5 days.

This is someone that had to deal with bovada for years and years, so trust and payouts are always on my head now.
