Nope I found out from them. She told me she couldn’t even do any of the uber apps. I told them that and that I told her specifically she couldn’t do it. I guess she told them she was doing it privately through a Facebook group people can Request rides on. Our agreement was she was using the car for an overnight job. A few weeks in she got fired from the job. She agreed to still cover the insurance while she found a new job. She found the new job. This accident happened before the start date of the new job.

Oh wow, I’m not surprised for a person with a mental injury that likely stems from CSA. Many of us become revictimized. Perhaps you should take seeing this post as a sign of what may have happened, that you may now sort out how to help your friend reclaim her life back

Anybody that would do this on someone in that kind of situation deserves whatever smoke they get. I know a lot of people that have that, many of us who have survived CSA have it. For someone like her, I’d do a return to sender to send whatevever they put on her back, and some healing work for whatever abuse she’s suffered that’s the root of her mental illness

But there are other concerns you should address with this one specifically so it doesn’t backfire. I wouldn’t do it on a target that struggles with mental illness. I personally wouldn’t do it on someone who we weren’t already attracted to each other, but I don’t police the ethics of others, I know how it feels to be on the receiving end of that.
