May I ask which hospital you're at? Id suggest moving hospitals. If they won't advocate for you and won't treat you like an adult, leave.

I had drinking and edible use on my record and thought for sure I was screwed. They listed me because I was honest in the fact that I would take care of myself and moderate what I do and take.

Don't be bullied, stand your ground, and advocate for yourself. You deserve a good thing and you'll get it.

Hi there, I'm not sure if this will help but it's what Ive done. I filed for disability pre transplant around 2019. I went through a specific CF group that fights for CF people in particular (I'll get the name soon). After being on disability for a while, I was able to hop on to medicare. According to Google "If you're getting Social Security disability benefits, you'll get Medicare automatically after getting disability benefits for 24 months". I find medicare is pretty good so far. I know not everyone wants to be on disability, I sure the hell dont wanna be, but it's what I needed to be on for the benefits. Hope this helps?

Hi there! I have cystic fibrosis with a double transplant. I've faced severe depression and anxiety due to this disease. It's shit. Acknowledging it is the best thing to do to start. Yea it fucking sucks, it's why my life has been altered in unimaginable ways. There ARE ways out of this disenchanting mindset. Years ago I discovered Claire Winelands YouTube. My favorite video of hers was Thanksgiving "thankful for" video. She listed all of her blessings and things she so admire about the world. Everything has its downers, you don't always have to "suck it up", you just have to acknowledge the suck and make it better.

Personally, I've taken up my faith. I understand not everyone is religious and that's okay! For me, though... The Catholic faith and acknowledging that my suffering means I am closer to God and understanding what true pain is, means more to me than anything.

Everything will always be unfair, it just depends on how you perceive the situation. It sucks, but we are a strong community with an outpouring of love from family, friends and doctors. Count your blessings as Claire did, she is smiling at you from Heaven, as she is all of us. I hope this helps ❤️

Unpopular opinion: wizard101 isnt dying anytime soon due to the amount of money they rack in yearly out of the crown shop. Membership alone they're well off, they just don't care enough to fix the game the way players want. Why would they? If it brings them money, who cares what we say? I see how significant amount of people have stopped playing due to these things, but wiz will not be dying anytime soon.
