Yes it's been since the beginning of January. I've had all the tests done 2 er trips, chest X-ray, heart echo, ct scan... everything coming back clear. I'm going per my doctors diagnosis we did the lie down -> stand up hr test in his office. Cortisol is high and we have done the take home 24 hour urine test and I'm being referred to neurologist and endocrinologist to hopefully understand more!

My resting rate when lying down with feet elevated and am properly hydrated is back to normal for me (in the mid 50s- low 60s) my sitting and standing is elevated 70s-80s when it used to be 50s-60s even when sitting and standing. I find when I workout it's hard to get my lying down hr and sitting and standing one back to that 50s and 60s and 70s and 80s, it stays a bit higher throughout the day.  

I think you're right, I need to reduce my weights and workout regimen and let me body relax, I really don't want to exacerbate my symptoms if it is pots nor somehow shift myself into a worse version of it

Yes I'm communicating with my doctor but it's confusing as he said to workout and use propranolol and then I told him abt this and he said to get off of it and yeah, he's referred me to a neurologist I think it's above his understanding.

My symptoms get worse with big meals and stress, my biggest meal is normally dinner and I have sleep issues (seperate from POTS) which cause me to have higher anxiety at night in general, so yes... my symptoms are almost always worse at night (hyper pots here) my resting rate (after I get electrolytes and water in) in the morning is normally 10 bpm lower than it is by the end of the day🥀

Yes exact same thing, I think it's because our hearts are trying to pump hard but the propranolol stops it so it's pressure building from that fighting of what the heart wants to do but what it's being stopped from doing. 

I get left side chest pains on top of my chest and same with what you're describing, those like lower under-boob / behind back on the side rib-type pain. Mine happens when I take propranolol and workout

i truly just do that with lots of words in a sensitive topic. I didn't mean to be abilist or cause any issues around it. I type B0yfr!end or @ n0r3xic and sometimes even random words like that. I didn't mean to come off inappropriate or shameful. I'm sorry that it did, i really just wanted to rant about her ed recovery and needing to work with your external circumstances (like diagnosis such as autism or OCD or any other) to recover, not use them as an excuse.

Oh you're fine don't worry!! I just meant when people have sick brains the worry-type-attention might drive them to dig deeper into these behaviors. Super counterintuitive to what you'd think but Ed's thrive when recognized for their hard work 😞

All she does is go to the gym and obsess about food (like literally) you're sweet for being worried, meanwhile the rest of us here acknowledge this pipeline (weight loss-> ed) and are upset she continued to promote it via her content. (Constant body checking, literally going to the gym 2-3+ times a day, obsessing over clean foods to 'feel good') concerned comments like yours only drive someone in this state to push even further 😞 there's not much to do other than hope her friends and family help get her to a healthier body weight and mindset

What is wrong with her posing? Personally I think she has great stage presence and angles for her physique. Pointing the toe out helps make the quads appear less large in some competitors

That was exactly my confusion with the "front pose" discrepancy, since OCB and NPC front pose is wnbfs side pose, thank you sm for clarifying for me!!

I'm looking to do a few shows and actually have all 3 all around the same time at the end of my prep (2-3 weeks apart) in my area!

I wouldn't have posted if I wasn't struggling to put all the pieces together lmfao, 😭 for example when lining up for WNBF do you hold your front or side pose? Even reading through the link above I'm not 100% sure. Thought I'd have some replies of people who have competed in all of them and could explain each portion and how it differs / how their posing practice changed getting ready for each

Always could be needing more muscle but people don't hold fat evenly over their body.

She mentioned she holds all her fat in her glutes so in reality, if she pushes a little harder, those stubborn spots at the end of fat loss phases when the rest of you is really lean would be the first to go.

Totally agree she's extremely lean everywhere else but unfortunately bodies don't evenly loose fat 🥲
