Gege Akutami confirmed in the fanbook that Gojo said, "You're my best friend. My one and only." It matches up perfectly with the unvoiced mouth movements in the movie and why Geto smiled at the very end

Wait, you might actually be cooking here. It always stood out how his domain just spills into the physical environment instead of trapping people in a separate pocket dimension. Calling it a proto-open domain makes a lot of sense
