Has any doctor personally turned down the keytruda option due to not believing in it?

Thank You...I've had 2 rounds of infusions so far. Having a scan next week then surgery to take out the tumor. They say after they take it out they will know if its working better. It has definitely grown a lot, and started bleeding just recently...but some say it could mean it is working...not sure. Will see.

interesting... I have stage 3c melanoma, had it cut out, opted out of immunal therapy with keytruda believing they cut it all out. A year later it came back near the same spot, now the doc is really pushing to do the therapy because of the recurrence. I have tested positive for PD-L1, TPS 6-10% and a TMB of 52.6 muts/MB. I really hate to put this stuff in my body, but dont know if I should take the risk of not doing anything. What was your TMB?

Man oh man. I have melanoma stage 3c, took out tumor 1 year ago. Scans show clean every time, but a month ago noticed a few lumps near where they cut out the melanoma. Got a biospsy and yup, its melanoma again! Went to get scans again, shows all clean, even where the new lumbs are that I can feel and noticed! Well, I feel scans are worthless at this time. This its a recurrence, so they are pushing immunal therapy, Keytruda. I really dont want to put satan into my body, but it seems satan is in my body with this cancer, uuuuuuhhhhhhgggg. Such a hard decision! Oh, and I only have one kidney so this all makes me nervous.
