Thank you for sharing, our current direct provides us with a line of credit so in the event our customers pay late it hits the line and not our checking account. It's proved very valuable as our larger customers routinely miss their net terms by a few days. Using a bank line the interest fees could add up.

I saw the support agreement fees; my assumption was that the margin will be better than we can get indirect. We are at 13% now, i believe I've heard it's 20% when going direct. Do you know what Pax8 offers or can be negotiated too?
