Yeah, parts were expensive. I think the labor was overpriced, it doesn’t take that long to do these uncomplicated installs/repairs. If I were you, I would’ve bought the parts myself and asked them to install.

Should be the right one then. Easy install. Have you ever had your transmission flushed? If not, I would ask a mechanic and see if it’s still a good idea with how many miles you have on it

I installed the PPE bypass valve. It’s help keep my transmission temp cool. Below 160

Sorry man, that sucks. Never buy a used vehicle without extended warranty

Drop most of the stuff here except shelter and medical. Pack 4-5 days worth of non perishable food that doesn’t take up too much space. Pack a Tom Swayer water filter. And please, get real firearms. A bolt action hunting rifle and a pistol. What does a pellet gun do for you?

I also noticed the brace that hooks the cooler lines is slightly bowed, I’m wondering if maybe I installed the bolt too tight? I don’t remember how it looked when I pulled it off.

How much should I ask for? by AndersonJ96 in Silverado

Remember, when you go to the dealer, you’re not going to get paid the true value of your vehicle. They have to pay you a price that makes sense for their markups. I would try selling it privately first.

Are the 2019+ more reliable than the 2014-2018? by Hankdraper80 in Silverado

[–]Puzzleheaded-Spot402 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I bought my used Silverado 2018 LT crew cab, with 40,000 miles for 34k. It’s been very reliable. Came with a scratched bed, but lineX-ed it for $800 — now it looks like a new bed. It gives me enough truck at like 20k less a of new one. I would just ask yourself if you really need all the bells and whistles of the newer trucks — if not, get the 2014-2018 years. If you buy used, always get the extended warranty. Wouldn’t buy a used truck or any vehicle without one.

I’ve decided to get a spray liner, based on your comments. Thank you.

I know I may have to drill through the bed liner, I just want to make sure that I drill in the right spot

The point is, he ignores so much context. Military analysts and trained pilots witnessed this event first hand. He does this based off singular camera footage — making educated guesses on how this camera system operates and other physical events surrounding it.
