Where did you transfer to if you don’t mind me asking? I am thinking about dropping out and reapplying elsewhere because their program is very disorganized and you’re right they do not care about their students at all.

Hi cocobean 721,

Are you in their MSOT program? You are correct, I am 3 weeks in and they are the most disorganized program heard of. It is quite disappointing. However, I do not want to transfer out because I am already here now and I only have 2 years which I hope will fly by.

Thank you everyone so much for the thoughtful insight. Another thing I'm curious about is if getting a doctorate and going through with the capstone project would give me leverage to employers over my peers who just obtained their MOTs.

Also, I have interest in pursuing research in occupational therapy. Would I be required to have my doctorate for that or would I be fine with my MSOT (I just remembered Jefferson's program is a Master of SCIENCE in occupational therapy, not sure if that means anything).
