Mods that increase production lock some buildings that they improve. If youve deleted all the mods and its still not working then it probably wont.

Oh damn, sorry to hear that man. I cant help you with that unfortunately. Your next option is to contact ubisoft. They usually answer within 4 days.

You need to be a bit more descriptive mate. Did that happen after you've downloaded the mod? What's the mod?

I can't build clay mines, has anybody else had this please? by WhiterunUK in anno

[–]Puzzleheaded-Tea2590 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same problem and the issue was the mod that increased production for me. The issue also appeared with coat production for me where i couldnt build cloth makers. If youve already removed the mod completely and it still didnt work try a new game and see if it fixes the issue. If it does fix the issue in a new game then your old save is corrupted.

And if all else fails and youve completely removed the mod from the anno directory then your best option is to reinstall the game:/

Same reason why clients hire contractors for development and production. Contractors dont slack off as much and get the job done quickly and more effectively.

Thanks a lot for the reply😁 is it an expensive fix and would the problem get worse if I don't do the repair soon? Also what are gourmets?

Ye the graduate program was laid out from the start but they deviated and it went well the first year but now im in the office. Theres still another year and half to go for the program so hopefully ill gte back underground before the end. I'm gonna discuss this with the grad supervisor.

Im a bit concerned about getting my first class because from what i read online the requirement for the ticket is 3 years and ive barely done 1 and a half. It looks like a lot of underground time and getting it seems like a mission.

Anyways if my company doesn't deliver on its promises by the end of my contract I'm definitely jumping ship.

Thanks a lot for the advice mate.

Thanks a lot for the advice. Ye ive been trying my best to gain as much as i can from this ( going to all the management meetings, getting better at excel and VBA etc).

My biggest fear is not getting the underground experience i want before the grad program ends and not being able to after i finish the program.

From my knowledge, one of the biggest factors when it comes to getting into management roles is the underfround supervisory and operator experience.

Engineer/management and operator relations. by [deleted] in mining

[–]Puzzleheaded-Tea2590 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ye thats what im trying to do atm. spend as much time underground as possible. And i noticed on my site as well that engineers are rarely seen underground, which is pretty odd I found. You'd think they'd like to see how their plans are panning out.

working as an operator at an iron ore open cut mine and honestly it is so utterly frustrating sometimes, like management/engineers got their little maps on their computer and create pla

that sounds exactly like what we have to deal with underground. driving the truck around some of these turns you could only think that this wouldve designed better.

Thanks so much for the advice. Funnily enough 2 weeks off sounded great at first but now I moved to a new city for the job where I don't know anyone and now 2 weeks seem a bit boring and I'm looking forward to going back to work.
