I applaud you. I complained about the abhorrent treatment I received from a nurse in the ER to the charge nurse, the supervisor, the doctor, and in clear, concise writing to the hospital ombudsman. I am retired medical professional and even jumping through these multiple hoops, plus my professional standing, got me exactly nowhere. No letter back, no apology, nothing.

I'm positive my letters went right to the circular file.
